"Veteran garage door tech. “Rodger” showed up at exactly the appointed time. Introduced himself and went right to work, discussing with me what he’d be doing to correct the damage (I caused to my garage door panels, tracks and cables of my cable door drums. I purchased and attempted to install a set of new springs myself.)….Note to homeowners….I’m a pretty experienced mechanical tech myself; performing most of my own home & minor auto repairs over many decades. My complete inexperience with garage door systems could have gotten me seriously injured as I did not realize the potential energy I was placing in winding up the EXTREMELY OVERRATED torsion bar springs I INCORRECTLY purchased on line!!) So after receiving that well-meaning, much-deserved “critique,” Rodger successfully straightened out and realigned most all my damage without having to replace a lot of my “bent-up” components. He placed the PROPER-sized torsion bar springs, a very worn sprocket of my chain drive motor and adjusted the chain, etc. Most impressed by the expertise and speed in which he was able to do all that work (without a helper) in less than an hour-1/2 at most. Great experience; sincere folks (was told their company is a start-up since our area’s Hurricane Katrina of 2005.) Recommending their service to anyone (including do-it-yourselfers as myself). "I think the windows installed could have been sealed better. I expected a crew but only one guy came out. He told me that there would be an extra charge for 5 skylight windows. I would use them again. The price was worth it. They gave me a warranty in case the window started frosting or fogging up. My windows started fogging up after 6 years and I called them. In about 6 weeks, they ordered new windows and installed them with no questions asked."

"Greg  came out and they would do during the installation such as puttint up dry wall so they have something to attach the door opener to.  They used the dry wall that I had which was the way I wanted it. <br /> When Jim came out to install the garage door he called me when he was leaving Meridian and told me approximately when he would arrive.  He was very punctual as was Greg.  Jim installed the door just as was discussed.  It took him most of the day as this was an odd size door.  Jim was very plesant and knowledgable about the products and told me what he was doing and why he was doing things the way he was doing them.  I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions about what is going on and he answered every question I had. <br /> When he was finished he explained the operation of the door and how to program the outside key lock as well,  He told me if I had a questions in the future do not hesitate to call.  Jim was very thorough about making sure he picked up any mess he has made.  <br /> I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.  In fact I am going to talk to them about the insullation in my home late on. <br /> <br />"

"Two young men from Alligood installed a new screw drive garage door opener.  They were very polite and installed the opener in about an hour.  An hour after they left, my wife came home and opened the garage door; the screw drive became detached from the garage door and landed on the garage floor.  I called the number on the business card and the owner of the company answered.  (mind you it was 5:00 pm at this point).  He ran to Sears, purchased a new garage door opener (the same model that was installed earlier) and replaced the entire opener that same day with the two young men by his side.  He was very apologetic and explained the two young men were new employees and still learning. <br /> <br /> I greatly admire the owner of the company for giving these young men an opportunity to learn from their mistakes.  Even though he lost money on the deal, because he had to purchase a new opener, he was very polite, stayed until the job was done, and taught these two young men a valuable lesson in customer service and integrity."
