"He was very nice to deal with. He picked up the furniture and dropped it off. I believe him to be a very honest man. He was timely in the delivery and the service. On most of the products, we were very satisfied. We had one chair that we kind of don't necessarily agreed with what he installed is on the cushion but he did indicate that if we were not satisfied, he could redo it although kind of reluctantly. We haven't pursued that option at this point. But otherwise, we were satisfied. He is not the cheapest place, I am guessing."

"I have a love seat that I had bought at a consignment shop. Emily made a slip cover for it out of a linen fabric. I can sew and know about quality workmanship. She did a superb job. She matched all of the flowers; had to make a seam in the middle of the back because of the pattern of the flowers. It is beautiful, fits to perfection, everything matches, and there is a zipper in the back for ease in removal. I have all of the benefits of a slip cover, but it fits as well as any upholstery work! The cost was a little more than the estimate, but that was totally understandable."
