"I highly recommend this family-owned business. From the start, they were very professional, attentive, and conscientious. They did a great job with our project. We hired them to build a large deck and stamped concrete patio, and we were extremely happy with the results. They were quick to meet with us, provided a fair and reasonable estimate, and they began and completed to work quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and I will be referring them to anyone who asks."

"We had multiple conversations with Roof King/Deck King on the scope of work before signing anything - to sand the entire deck, seal, and stain it. From the start, there was continuous miscommunication amongst themselves on progress and timeline. Stain/sealant was added on top of dirt and sanding fragments before sanding was even complete. This resulted in us terminating the stain/sealant piece of the listed contracted task and taking it on ourselves to ensure quality. Former exterior deck paint was left in spots where they essentially just called it quits. They left deep divots and knicks throughout deck where their crew was rushing to complete. Quality control was absent the entire length of the project along with false remediation promises. They seemed to only behave professionally when apologizing or when collecting payments. Owner responded that he would personally take care of these issues 6 weeks ago, but he has not responded to any texts or calls in the last 4 weeks."

I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the care taken to make sure that we were satisfied. The team promptly took care of any issue that we made them aware of. They were also very gracious about taking care of an issue that was actually our fault. It is evident that Ohio Exteriors cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Understanding that the fence probably needed replaced, Chris and his team were able to straighten fence out the best that it could be. We also had front gate totally replaced. Chris and his crew, completed the job in one day. This was definitely a plus considering the need for closed in yard due to our dogs.
