"Pablo contacted me quickly after my initial request for a quote, to get additional information. I then made an appointment for an in-person estimate, with the option of having the work done at my house that day. Pablo was friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. Pablo and Martine arrived right on time on the scheduled day, on the earlier side of the one hour appointment window. Pablo gave me an estimate in a timely manner, after seeing all my screens. He was knowledgeable and patient as I decided how to proceed. The price was competitive with another estimate I received; however, the other estimate required my screens being removed from my house and being taken to another location to be repaired. This estimate was barely more than the other one and well worth it not to have to be without my screens for days in the summer heat. Everything was done within about 3 hours and the old screen frames were hauled away. No more holes or bent frames and the window frames and screens were color matched to what was originally there.
