"Performed insulation work on our home. Vacuumed out the 25 year old blown in insulation on day one, then sprayed in foam for the whole roof to include the attached garage, and cleaned up afterwards. When there was confusion of the work they performed (my fault) Lee called me up to see if we were satisfied and was willing to do more to make me happy, but this was not necessary after he explained the work performed and I agreed that all was good. They came in on the week promised, delivered what was expected, and at a very competitive price. Also for veterans, they do give a veterans discount, so don't forget to ask."

"These guy were quick to respond to us the first time for an estimate for installing insulation in our tornado damaged home. They offered a fair price and we made an appointment to do the work for us. They showed up 15 minutes early to install the insulation and finished the quickly and throughly. "They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
