"Great! Responded in a timely manner and repaired the unit quickly and professionally."

"Tuck & Howell was responsive and timely in both the initial service call and in the repair work. They were cooperative when we had to delay the work multiple times. The repair work was done for half of the estimate we got from another company and we have had no problems since the repair. The workers were professional and considerate."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They did a wonderful job. On time, knew what they were doing, had all their tools and needed supplies with them. I hate it when tradesmen need to “go back” or order a part for a job they expected and have had experience doing. They came twice. The first time to diagnose the problem, clean out the pipes, and left me with a usable sink that wouldn’t back up so i could do dishes. Victor was outstanding. Very skilled, good worker. Did a good job cleaning up… didn’t leave a mess behind. Bradley came the next time to finish the job. They had initially been called out to assess for a home warranty claim. Therefore the interval between visits. Bradley took out the unit and replaced it with a new unit. Like Victor, he was also very skilled, Professional on time and did a great job cleaning up after he was done. Both were pleasant and respectful of both person and property. It was a good experience…. No problems with the sink since! I like supporting local family businesses. These guys do honest work at honest prices. They are fair…you Can trust them that they won’t push or sell products you don’t need. Really a breath of fresh air. Just to show up on time is huge in my book. Give these Folks a try. You will be glad you did!"

"Cody was punctual. Since I live out of state he even took step by step pictures of what he cleaned and the readings on his machine for proof of what needed done. I feel he gave me a great deal and is very honest. I would definitely hire again."

"It was great arrived on time. they clean the premises."
