"After calling Ron he arrived quickly to give us an estimate. He removed the Trex decking to replace rotting 2x10's. After the work was professionally completed the Trex was reinstalled. They arrived promptly every morning and did the work quickly. The deck looks great and the final bill was less than the estimate. We will refer Ron to our neighbors and use him again if we need work done.

"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"I have a rental property and between tenants I needed to completely remodel a dated and run-down bathroom. The floor was warped and rotted, the bath and vanity needed to be replaced. It was awful. I contacted a few companies and John at Omni Services provided an excellent quote to remodel the entire thing. They got started right away and were done in a few days. I was very pleased with how fast they completed the job, as I had a tenant ready to move in. They did an excellent job. It does not look like the same bathroom. John is very responsive and made sure to finish on schedule. He even worked on the weekend to finish painting over the dark red paint in order to finish before the tenant moved in. He really made sure I was happy with the final product. And I am. I will definitely contact Omni Services in the future.

Joe was very prompt in returning my initial call and follow-up text messages. Through a text miscommunication (which, after reviewing it, was clearly my fault), I expected Joe's men a day earlier than they were actually scheduled. Joe was quick to respond, and we got right back on track. The two men who did the work were courteous, professional, and after being given initial instructions, only asked what I considered to be essential questions. They treated my home and property respectfully, were very grateful when I offered lunch (which they clearly did not expect), and they took only an extremely brief lunch break - and were then right back to work.Frankly, I hesitated to write this review since I don't want others finding out about Joe and his team since I NEED THEM!!! But, since I found Joe through Angie's List, it's only fair that I provide feedback - as did the client feedback that originally led me to Joe and his team."
