"Gutter Guards America was very professional. Starting with the salesman (Brian W) by coming to our house in Denver, NC. He gave us an accurate estimate to fix our gutter situation. No pressure, not like the other 2 companies we had here who's pressure was in signing the contact that day. "I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. "His name is Mel Yoder. I got him from Angie's List. I had gotten ten names from Angie's List. I had them all come out and give an estimate. Mel Yoder was the only one that got up on the roof and walked the entire length of the roof. He discovered that we had shingles coming off and wind damage. The handyman that I had used for years passed away in January. He couldn’t do the roof because of his heart condition. He had given me an estimate of what he thought it should cost for labor and materials. Mel Yoder was right within that price. Everybody else was $3000-$4000 higher. They did an excellent job cleaning up. They did an excellent job overall. I was very impressed. The price was very reasonable. One of the first questions the insurance guy that has our house insurance asked me was if any of the roofers I had come out actually got up on the roof. I said only one. There were some that brought ladders out. I have a front porch roof that's a little lower than a two story house. They would get up on the porch roof and that was it, but they didn’t get up on the roof itself. Mel Yoder did, and he walked the whole length of the roof. He even came inside. I showed him a place where I thought there was a leak in the laundry room. We have a duplex upstairs. He was very thorough. I liked the idea that Mel Yoder and some of the other ones printed up estimates and sent them. I wanted to get him to do my kitchen since I had used him for the roof because he does do home improvement. But they are so lined up; he was three months down the line. That's why I went with another company. Mel is good at what he does, and he stayed booked. He was upfront about giving me options and what would be the best pricewise. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Mel Yoder for doing the roof. For the two chimneys that needed re-servicing, he did an excellent job. I was very happy with the job he did especially the clean-up. They were very thorough in doing the clean-up. I was impressed with that."

"The Job started as scheduled with five workmen on the roof @ 8:00 AM.  They removed old roof vents and cut in for the requested Ridge Vent and the Roof started taking shape.  The Roofing turned out great, but the supplier had shorted them a couple of peaces of trim.  At this point, I requested some additional gutter edge trim that had not been included in the original estimate.  All trim materials had to be ordered and was install a few days later.
The Contractor was very professional, honest and did an excellent job, including the cleanup.  I have to give Bazell Construction a 5-Star Rating, as they did a beautiful job that adds value to my home.
I have also contracted Bazell Constr. to do a partial Siding Job and some other odds and ends Jobs.  They are the B E S T ! ! !
