"I called Five Star Bath Solutions to remodel my master bath, take out my shower/tub combo and install a walk in shower with seat b/c I just had back surgery. The results we received were beyond great! We are so very satisfied with the remodel. Itâ s so much easier for me to take a shower now without help. The floor was the glue that brought it all together, it looks great! The professionalism I received from Greg was top notch, he was on top of everything, made the whole project run smooth. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

Customer service was great starting with sales rep and throughout installation. They removed the big whirlpool tub and installed a walk-in tub."
