"This review is for Master Services, Crawl Space and Foundation Repair in Knoxville, TN. phone # 8653453030 , [*** Link removed ***] . We had the pleasure of meeting Nick (Sales Inspector) and Brandon, Brandon, and Jacob (Installers). We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. They worked quickly, efficiently, and made sure to keep our home free of mess. Overall we are very happy we hired Master Services and recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair."

"Called Wade at ProDry Water Removal on a Sunday and he was even out of town on a vacation but still answered my calls. Very efficient service. He Was at my house taking care of the mold the next morning. Great work, great knowledge and overall great to work with. Very kind and great manners. Will definitely calling for future problems and referring to anyone in need of this type of help."

"It went well. He got the dead animal out of the crawl space in area that not many people would fit. He also took pictures of the crawl space and explained how the animal got in and completed measures to ensure no new animals could come in or return to the crawl space."

"Scheduling lead time long, but once here did an excellent job. Fixed lint problem due to leaking vent tube and cleared lint buildup in roof vent for dryer. Clothes dry much more completely and quickly now!
