"Ken and his partner Mark did an awesome job removing and hauling off the old rotting deck, and building a new composite deck in its place. The guys were always on time and very meticulous in their ordering of materials and their construction skills. Awesome job guys, I’m very satisfied with the work you did! I would definitely recommend them for your projects!"

"Zach and his team from R&R custom builders did a great job building the deck and installing the Mirador pergola on top of it. It was a pleasure working with them and they listened carefully and suggested various options and worked with me throughout the project. They did their best to meet my high requirements of building a strong structure with a clean finish honoring the contract. I would work with them again in the future and highly recommend."

"My husband & I are delighted with the team that helped us get our dream sun & garden room and our covered patio. The team that worked with us deserves special mention for their work ethics & competence. They were so wonderful to work with & had high integrity. Miguel on the large, extensive concrete work. Vlad on the wonderful execution on building the Covered Patio & Sunroom & all the electrical work. Mike on multiple projects. Carlos on the porcelain tiles. Scott & Abe for hearing us out on our concept of what we needed & addressing our concerns. We highly recommend California Sunrooms, their products & the individuals above. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Happy customers, Lucy & Praveen Chaddha"

"Our new deck turned out even better than we expected! Angel and his team were professional, efficient, and did excellent work from start to finish. The quality is outstanding, and we highly recommend The AI Construction to anyone needing a new deck or deck repairs."

"I had change of plan. Really can't rate them fairly. No other company called me or called back."

"I hired Crowell Construction to rebuild my dilapidated 16’ x 16’ balcony. Our balcony was built 22 years ago and has since experienced enormous amounts of dry rot. Jacob, provided an excellent estimate of repairs and I found the price to be very reasonable compared to the other contractors. I chose him for more reasons than just price. Primarily because he recognized the need to replace the main 4”x 12” LVL beam. None of the other contractors even noticed it needed to be replaced. He showed me where the beam had dry rotted along the top and it was significant. His crew were excellent. They came literally every day until the job was finished. They also cleaned up every day before they left. Jacob kept me notified by phone, text and in person as to what each new phase would entail. I consider Jacob and Cromwell construction an honest and capable contractor and would highly recommend them to anyone who’s doing any kind of job, big or small."
