The install took about 1 hour & 45 minutes. I watched him work the entire time. In my opinion, heâ s an honest man and really knows what heâ s doing. Itâ s a great experience to watch an experienced pro in action. The unit needed to have an outdoor plug installed. Mattâ s electrician appeared right on time and quickly accomplished that. We are so happy to have hot water again. It was a pleasure meeting Matt. I would unhesitatingly recommend him to install a tankless water heater or whatever project he would bid on!"
