"The deck was not built to the plan as contracted in picture and graph and writing. When we met with the owner and then with his workman, they both said they build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, they did not have a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone else to do it. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court."

Matt Forestieri gave us excellent design suggestions and explained what was behind them. He also let us know that he and his partner would personally be on the job each day of work.
