"They actually came out a couple of times because they were working on the problem. It was still under warranty and they were not an authorized dealer for the kind of air conditioner we have, so we ended up using another company to actually do the replacement of the coil. To my surprise, he offered to send a truck that afternoon. I decided to make the appointment for the following day at 8:00am. The two younger guys arrived promptly at 8:00 and got to work. "Ryan replaced the hot/cold faucets behind my washer/dryer and he replaced my kitchen faucet. Additionally, he repaired my hot/cold combo faucet in my shower. This was important. Replacing it would have required cutting into the drywall and replacing the valve. Expensive! "Carlos provided excellent service. We had bought a replacement valve in advance as we thought that was the problem. When he first came out to diagnose the problem he said we just needed the diverter and suggested i call the manufacturer (Danze) as the part may be covered under warranty. i did call them and it was covered, so i scheduled with Carlos to come out 2 weeks later to do the replacement. In the meantime on his first call he replaced a hose/faucet y connector and fixed another outside dripping tap. He didn't charge me for this diagnostic call or those 2 small repairs. I only paid when he came back yesterday to replace the diverter. Everything is now working great ! I will use All Metroplex plumbing again."
