"It was a very smooth uneventful installation. The first day had to be rescheduled but Andrew was very attentive to contact me right away and made arrangements for the next day. Andrew arrived within the window of time that he said he would be there. He is very polite and friendly. He answers his phone or text messages quickly. He was able to keep my retired Dad who lives with me entertained throughout the whole process. The first day he dug the hole, created the cement base with 16 bags of concrete and installed the most bottom portion on top of which the pole rests. The next day he put together and installed the rest of the pole, backboard and hoop. The second day took maybe two hours. In the end he provided us with some tips on how to best maintain our basketball system. We are very pleased with the service that he provided and would recommend him without reservation. "
