Same old story-- sales agent comes by, hear the pitch, sugar coats that it will be sub contractors working on the project, and then a wild range of quotes. "I hired JR Quality Painting (Robert Luevano) to repair my steel siding and paint my very small house. JR's recently merged with S&R Eagle Services, LLC. Robert assigned a two man crew (a father and son) to my job and they were very good. Other company's that bid the job either wanted twice as much money or declined the job after initial bids because I wanted them to use siding (which is no longer made) from a less visible area that was being repaired on some other repairs in areas that were highly visible. No one else was willing to do this and I was given all kinds of excuses why it couldn't be done. Robert's crew not only made the repairs exactly as I wanted them, but they did a great job with the repairs and the house painting.
