"Jason Dodge did a great job. Not only did he snake the drain in no time at all but he noticed the hot and cold water were reversed on my sink faucet and in 3 minutes he corrected it no charge! He couldn't have been nicer. I was only charged $100. for the whole thing. they have definitely become my go-to plumber!"

"I explained to the person taking my call that our kitchen drain was running slow (a partial blockage in the 1 1/2" drain line). The first technician that arrived did not have the correct sized equipment to clear the line. He contacted his co. and they called us back to re-schedule the next day. He discovered a split nut on the wall tube and replaced it. They did not charge us for that service call. The next afternoon a very pleasant young man returned with the correct equipment and cleared the line. We were charged for the cleaning( $96.00) and they waived the service call ($26.00) for not clearing the line at the initial appointment. I will always work with a company that makes things right when they make a mistake!"

"This is the second time we’ve contacted Plumbing Tree for Help! Basement drain backed up. As you can imagine we wanted to have to issue addressed ASAP! As in our first experience Keith stopped by within short order to access the situation. Turned out there was an issue in the pipeline out to the street! Keith had a crew out that afternoon to start digging to replace the line. Was very thankful our downtown was very short. The project was completed the area was cleaned up and back in order ready for the upcoming snow storm. I can’t recommended Plumbing Tree enough. Keith is trustworthy and always doing what he can to delight the customer!"

"Very professional, fast and quality work. We needed a water heater and they came out the same day. We had a 40 gallon storage tank water heater and had it replaced with a 50 gallon. They replaced three or valves all of the water heater lines and gas line. New drip pan and drain set up with a leak alarm."

"Cory Largent from Hurricane Drain Corp. provided the best quote & went above & beyond to take care of us & our tenants. He gave us a substantial discount for being 1st time customers, assured us that he could pull required city permits first thing Monday morning (we first contacted him on Sat.), start the remediation work after acquiring the permits, & have our tenants back in the house by Monday evening. His quote also included a clean-up/moisture remediation crew to clean up our basement where the sewer had backed up into the floor drain. Our tenants had functional plumbing again on Monday evening as promised, thanks to Cory & his crew. Cory is knowledgeable, experienced, communicative, & ultra-professional, & we felt very cared for. It was a pleasure working with him. Thank you, Cory!"

"Drain in basement was backing up; called plumbline Services to come diagnose the problem and repair. They told me my problem could be "fixed" for 5600.00! I was depressed about cost and sought advice from a friend who is a retired plumber. He advised me toget a second opinion from a drain cleaning company. Hankel's charged me $140.00 and my problemsare solved. Brian Hankel was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this company without reservations."

"They needed to jackhammer through my basement concrete floor to remove and replace two feet of pipe. This was done after "camera locating" the problem and its precise location. They completed all work PERFECTLY within two days. These guys are the absolute BEST. I had a long career in the Hotel Industry and so I know all about plumbers. None of the ones I ever worked with over many years compared to Joe and Marco. It's not even close."
