Also, when comparing to other companies, I thought the shower clean would be the whole shower (some companies actually will clean the glass too) but when the tech arrived on site, he said he would only be able to clean the grout. Prompt response, punctual, Small note: Slightly pushy sales tactics that I didn't like; I never actually submitted the appointment form online, I started it, but didn't complete and submit because I had some questions to discuss with spouse, however their online system must collect the personal data anyway because I got a phone call within 24 hours. The equipment seemed heavy duty and newer. Beware, a vacuum truck does make a fair bit of noise for this type of service or carpet cleaning. I was a bit skeptical at how big of a difference you would see on ceramic tile, but on the lighter tile in our master bathroom, this cleaning made a huge difference. Be sure to pick up the area to be cleaned, this type of cleaning will get some steam in the area to be cleaned.
