"My experience with Kieth Croft and Plumbing Tree was fantastic. I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN A HEARTBEAT! Sunday evening about 7:30 pm we came home to our house leaking water in the basement. It was leaking in from two sides of our house. Checked all the pipes, etc nothing was showing any issues. So frantically calling many plumbers with little hope they would come out at 8:30 on a Sunday evening Kieth answered his phone. He said "I know what the issue is" you text me your address and I will get dressed and be at your house in 15 minutes. Wow! Felt like I just won the lottery! :) As promised he was at my house in 15 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the issue and turned off the water line at the street. Leaking water stopped shortly thereafter. Next day (Martin Luther King Holiday) Kieth had a crew at my house ready to work at 9:00 sharp. By 3 in the afternoon they had my broken water line fixed (replaced pipe was thick copper pipe) and all cleaned up just as if nothing had ever happened. Plumbing Tree will have my business forever because Kieth took the time and helped me when I needed help the most. The plumbers that I reached said they could make an appt for the next day! I couldn't wait for the next day! Who knows how much damage my home would of had?? I highly recommend the Plumbing Tree. Thank you Kieth for a job Well Done!"

"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. No one is ever happy to drop almost $400 on repairs, but when service is great, it takes the sting away. Additionally; I received personal text communication from their customer service letting me know that the technician was available earlier than our slot and would we like to have them come out sooner. "Our shower was coming out hot water only, no cold. We had a previous plumber come out who was unable to fix it, and told us he'd have to cut through the wall and replace the whole unit. I called Tipping Hat. They sent Brian and Dana out the same day. Brian replaced the shower valve cartridge. He did not have to cut through the tile or anything like that, that the previous plumber wanted. The shower now gets hot and cold. I would definitely use Tipping Hat Plumbing again."

He answered all my questions with patience. He provided a very complete contract and was very open to modifying it when the job became a bit more complicated. He and his crew arrived on schedule and completed the job in 3 hours. Perhaps most tellingly, he found an important buried line in the path the trench took and skillfully worked around it, avoiding any damage. This attention to detail avoided complications and was greatly appreciated. When needed, I will be hiring MJR excavation again."
