"We actually got an estimate for the bathroom about 9 months before going ahead with the work.  When Tom came to look at the bathroom again, he stuck to his original estimate.  We added some other jobs that needed to be done, and they charged a fair price for all the extras, with no surprises.  They were courteous and professional, arrived on time and did a great job.  The bathroom is beautiful!  We're waiting for new kitchen cabinets to be delivered, and they will install those as well.  We would recommend All Phases without hesitation.

"We had purchased a de-humidifcation system for our basement through Frank Petrullo a few years ago.  Once installed, gone were the days of having to constantly empty the bucket from our old stand alone unit.  The new system was operating without a hitch until suddenly, it ceased functioning.  We called Eco Green and explained the problem.  Frank made sure that a service appointment was scheduled promptly.  We didn't have to wait around for the technician to arrive as he came to our home as scheduled.  The problem was identified - the culprit was our cat, who had taken a liking to the  tubing and had managed to damage the system.  There was little doubt in the technician's mind as to what had happened since our cat was kind enough to attack the unit in his presence! 
The Eco Green technician devised a solution to protect the unit from our cat allowing our unit to resume functioning and keeping our basement dry.

They are responsive in preparing a detailed and price competitive quote. Once the job began they ensured that dust and trash were kept down to a minimum , cleaning up at the end of each workday. During the course of the weeklong project either Asm or his brother stopped by at least once a day to ensure the project was progressing to their satisfaction and finally when the job was completed an inspection was conducted with me to ensure that I was happy with the job. "We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I.
