I have been in home with no water, no bathroom or working kitchen for over 3 months...which means friends shower, weekly trips to the laundramat, etc. I had another plumbing company here to camera the line, and gave me a very expensive estimate for work to be done. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water.
