I could not have asked for more skilled technicians to be working on my home. I had a few other plumbing issues other than the water heater installation which were absolutely no problem for Tim and Justin. Before I knew it they were done with the entire job which was almost incredible for the amount of work being done. I’ve never had this good of an experience with a plumbing company before and will absolutely be using them for any future needs. I will also be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. Unlike other places that were quick to diagnose that I just needed a new water heater just by talking to me over the phone, Jim Needham Plumbing sent in a professional. Tyson, the tech that was sent out, was by far the definition of professional. Iâ ve had techs come out that seemed professional but then just left more of a mess than when they came in. Tyson diagnosed the issues and not only gave me multiple scenarios I could choose from but made me comfortable in my decision. As soon as I made a decision and asked about next steps, he not only told me every step but accurately broke it down to how much time it would take. I was worried because if he missed his projected window I would not make my virtual meeting for work. He not only completed on time, he explained everything to my fiancée and she noted how meticulous and careful he was in our house and with the disposal of the old water heater plus the clean installation of the new one. "While there were some challenges with individuals on this project and it went over on its schedule, we are ultimately very happy with the quality and price of this installation. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."

"Nick our installer arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He worked fast and carted off the dead water heater and installed the new one. He showed us how to start the pilot light in case we needed to do it in the future. He made sure to take all the trash with him. I had called the day before to get an estimate and they were able to schedule us in right away. This company had the better price and warranty from the others I asked for prices.
