Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Pinehurst, NC

"Came out same day and was able to quickly do the repair. Very professional and charged a fair price. I would definitely use them again."

"From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

"The roofing & siding were done in a timely manner.  The service Dept was outstanding and answered all questions."

"Great! Lane's Contracting kept me informed of any changes on my schedule date, they also let me know prior to my materials arriving. Was able to have the roof removed and installed in 1.5 days! Awesome work! Also, had a window installed and Gerardo was excellent to work with . I would definitely refer all of my friends and family to Lane's Contracting for any roofing, siding or window projects!"

"Van Sterling came over with an estimate, which was fairly priced for the work needed.  He was extremely professional - on time for the appointment, and brought lots of literature that clearly explained everything.  We ended up deciding not to have the roof replaced due to other issues, not because of the estimate.  Can't comment on their work, but both  their responsiveness to our request for an estimate and their presentation were top notch.

"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"Keith Murphy was a pleasure to work with.  He was not a pushy salesman; instead he took the time to explain the GutterDome product to me and brought physical samples of his competitors to let me see and feel the difference in quality.  I decided that the GutterDome was the best product I saw, and Keith gave me a very competitive price.
On the day of the install, I was not present, and an area of gutters (about 15 feet) was missed due to the fact that they were sandwiched in between two sides of the brick house.  I called Keith to notify him that a section of the gutters were missed, and within a few days, they came back to make it right.  The section of gutters that was missed was a weird and abnormal situation. But Keith worked with his installer, Will, and made the GutterDome product fit the dimensions and abnormal situation at no extra charge even though Keith missed this segment of gutters in his initial estimate.
I had quotes from 2 other companies.  Not only did I feel like the GutterDome product was the best, the price came in below the rest for the exact same work and linear feet.  There is a no clog guarantee and a 20 year transferable warranty that goes with these gutter guards.  We have been through a couple heavy thunderstorms since the install, and the gutters have held up well and haven't clogged.  As you can see below, there was a wide range of prices proposed for similar services provided.
~120 Linear Feet of GutterDome installed & an additional downspout added to an existing gutter:
GutterDome (Gutter Pro of America): $1,979
Evelyn's Leaf Solutions (C N M Installations): $2,586
MasterShield (MasterShield Gutters and Guards): $3,550

Ray Bullock roofing provided excellent service in installing the metal roof on my house and storage shed.  There were 6 very professional and courteous workers who were here on time and worked continuously until the job was finished.  The workers were friendly and very pleasant.  The work and clean up was excellent.  Wasn't sure of the color we wanted and Mr. Bullock recommended a color which looks really nice on the house and shed.  It has rained hard a couple of times since the installation and so far have found no damage or leaks.  Mr. Bullock came out the next day to see how well we liked the new metal roof and take some pictures.  Mr. Bullock also called on 9/7/2015 just to see if there were any problems and to check to see if everything ok.  I would hire this company again and recommend him to everyone.  Again, Ray Bullock Roofing did an excellent job and the house and shed looks really nice.

HCR also offers an excellent warranty and was very thorough in explaining options and setting up the work. We would highly recommend!"
