"Good responsive employees. Price even with big deal came out high than what I would have liked. But countertop looks awesome. Backsplash also looks nice but there are very tiny scratches within the product.
First appointment for selecting the product. Then one more appointment (within weeks) for measurements and another one for installation. Backsplash was done the next day.  Overall, satisfied with the looks and functionality of the product.

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

He finished the job by adding floor moulding around the entire floor area in both rooms. I couldn't be happier. "Mr. Cash (Randy) was prompt on getting here. I actually got same day service when I called, he was aready working in my area. He showed me my problem, which I already knew and he left and went and got me garbage disposal and installed me and gave me some very helpful hints on dishwasher and my disposal. I felt very comfortable with him and would definately recommed him. The other handyman/plummer that I called on Craigs list said that they would call me back with estimated estimate and I have yet to hear from them. "old cast iron pipes busted from years of rust and stoppage. pipe was removed without further damage to under cabinet wooded area. replaced with new pvc pipe and fitting and realigned all drain drain lines for better draining. work very well and without the usual back up that had been there for years before."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
