"I initially sent him an email after viewing his website and Angie's List customer reviews.  He responded via email within two hours, asked for some door details which I provided, then he called me later that same day to set up an appointment.  He gave me an approximate appt time and then called me on the day of the appt to tell me he was on his way and arrived within the time frame he had originally given me.
He was very personable, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful with future maintenance suggestions that I can do to prevent door problems.  He charged me $10.00 less than his estimate because he didn't need to perform one function that he thought he would have to do.  That says a lot about his honesty.
I will definitely call him again if I have further problems and can recommend him to others without reservation.

"We hired Mr Ganzel and his team 10 days after Hurricane Ian to repair extensive water damage to our home. Within 2 days, he and his team came to our home, assessed the damage, gave us a work timeline and gave a cost quote. Throughout the time required for repairs, Mr Ganzel and his team were never late or “ no show” and, as promised, had us back in our home by Thanksgiving."
