Total Plumbing replaced the frozen plastic valve with a better-quality brass, ball valve. This required some chiseling into concrete to attach several new pieces of pipe and the new valve. The tech was courteous, efficient and professional. Stuck to the quoted price. No attempt to up the quote as some plumbers have been known to do. A nicely run company who has a plumber to speak with."
