"We are in the midst of a full remodel of our kitchen and an adjacent bathroom in a 1945 house. The bathroom remodel includes a tub to shower conversion. One of the tasks that the GC did not want to bid was the shower door installation. However, they did recommend that we contact Billy at Tampa Bay Glass Masters and we very glad that they did. The GC has disappointed us in many ways, so it was refreshing to work with Billy. He returned text messages relatively promptly and provided a rough estimate with measurements that we provided. When we scheduled date and time for Billy to take his measurements he was on time and communicated as he was about to arrive. The estimate that he provided in text was the same after he took his measurements. We asked about water repellent for the glass panels which Billy quoted for a minimal price and far less expensive that the glass provider would have charged. Billy gave a date range for the installation, about one week later, and he stuck to this schedule. The installation went smoothly and looks great in our new shower. Billy's attention to detail and quality are hard to find in many contractors. He has a great attitude toward customer service and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. On top of all that, his price was better that we were quoted by other companies. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Glass Masters for your glass needs. Give Billy a call; you'll be glad you did."

"I needed to find a contractor to build my front porch project and after talking to 4 of them and never heard back from them, I found Rickey Thru Home Advisor. I gave him a call and he was pleased to know about my project. He is amazing, understanding, professional, kind, pleasant to work with.He explained everything that I needed to know and updated me every step. He was on top of everything. Very organized with each team that he has. We had a little struggle with the county, for the permit and inspections but that didnâ  t stop him and he made thru . Very patient!! He works with amazing people. Billy and Jen did the finishing touches on my porch. They did a. great job. Im so thankful that I met them all and for the work they all done on my new Porch. "I provided a list of things that needed fixing in our bathroom. Unclog toilet and sink, replace floor under toilet. Fix tub faucet from dripping. Brette's quoted $800.00. Sub floor, approx 3x5 section needed replacing. He quoted the whole bathroom. He replaced that. Toilet was not unclogged, or sink. He didn't cap the hole for the toilet pipe and my 6 yr old granddaughter was met with a rat in our bathroom. Not satisfied, I contacted Brette's and he refunded 300.00. Then we had to call The Drain Team in to get ot fixed right. A lot of money for seniors. Not very satisfied. No written estimate, which I asked for and no receipt. SMH. "
