"Great! Excellent communication from the project manager, work crew went out of their way to do a great job and to pick up materials for me when delivery wasn't possible. They were punctual, cleaned up at the end of each day, tried to minimize the intrusion as much possible, and were really nice guys, great to work with. Work was done on time and on budget. Kitchen looks great and I couldn't be happier. The price was for labor and raw materials. We supplied the cabinets, lighting, countertops, sink, appliances, and windows. We also decided to get the attic insulated at the same time at their suggestion- that addition was not included in the cost below (I don't remember how much it was but it was reasonable.) Here's what the work included: Demo existing kitchen including walls, floor, ceiling and windows. New electrical sub panel and wiring in kitchen Gas line added to kitchen (gas was already in the basement area) Installation of new walls, floors, ceiling, windows, doors, trim Installation of cabinets, countertops, appliances, sink Painting Attic insulation (additional)"

"Bear Remodeling did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. The team was nice, courteous and worked hard to get what I wanted. They paid attention to every detail and made sure the design matched my idea. They also did some interior painting and made the whole room look cohesive and stylish. I was so impressed I asked about adding a room to my house and they gave me some great ideas. If you need a contractor for any remodeling project, call Bear Remodeling!"

"Our bathroom was outdated and unattractive, so we wanted to hire a professional to help with the design and get the job done right. We found Builders Group on Angie, and Mike came out to give us a quote. What set Mike apart from the others was his attention to detail and how great he was with people. We decided to hire him, and we were happy with our choice from the very beginning."

Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was beautifully done. They communicated well throughout, keeping us informed at every step, and the end result was truly a spa-like bathroom we can enjoy daily. We’d love to work with them again!"

"It was a design and build project: a 1200 sq ft 2-story addition to an existing house - two bedrooms, three baths, family room with wet bar, and office. Also a new 2-car garage. Matt Kennedy creatively designed the connection so as to access an existing 2nd story bedroom to the new hallway which connected it to one of the two new bathrooms. Robert Cerletti chose and managed very well the various subcontractors who were mostly expert professionals in their specialties - foundation, building structure, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, stucco and painting, wood/tile/carpeted flooring, and all finishing touches. From experience they knew how to work with city planners to reduce time for permit issuances. They recommended some added special features such as crown moulding, ornate wood stair railings, custom bathroom fixtures, exterior French water drainage, and quality kitchenette cabinets in the family room. From start to finish the project completed on-time within 9 months - delayed only by some unexpected heavy rains at the beginning slowing some foundation work. Six months has now passed since project completion and I could not be more pleased with the new addition. Robert Cerletti was on site frequently, checking on subcontractor work, consulting with me for input, discussing suggestions and ideas, getting progress payments, and paying his subs on time. The project completed on budget except where I specified added work beyond plan. I highly recommend Cerletti and Kennedy for similar projects small or large."

"We hired Bear Remodeling to convert our garage into an ADU for my mom to live in, and they knocked it out of the park! They handled everything. The team added proper insulation, installed new windows for natural light, and created a small but efficient kitchen area. They even finished the exterior paint to match our house perfectly. The transformation is incredible. You'd never know it used to be a garage. It took about 8 weeks from start to finish, which was actually faster than we expected. If you need more living space but don't want to move, I'd recommend their garage conversion service without hesitation."

"I had a great experience working with this roofing company. From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and efficient. The quality of the work definitely met my expectations, and I was impressed with how quickly they completed the entire reroofing project without cutting any corners. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they kept me updated on each step, which I really appreciated. There was a small delay in the delivery of some materials (not their fault), but they handled it quickly and kept things moving. If you’re looking for reliable and quality roofing work, I would definitely recommend them. It’s refreshing to see a company that values both speed and quality without trying to endlessly price gouge me — (had to deal with a few others before I found them :\)"
