"The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests. "My roof was leaking around the fireplace and my gutters needed replacing but I was hesitant to hire someone as I didn’t know who was reputable. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. After Jorge did my roof, another neighbor had him do partial rain gutter replacement for her home. "GREAT! Really appreciated this company! Another reviewer on Yelp recently spoke to the honesty of this company. I can vouch for the same. Felipe came out today (after we called yesterday, for an estimate), after we discovered them on Angi's list. He spent nearly an hour looking at our upper and lower roof, as we had discovered a water spot on our ground level ceiling. He was very thorough and looked in every place that he thought the roof might possibly admit water, but could not find places where the runoff (from chimney/walls of house) might admit a large enough amount of water that would cause the damage that we were seeing. Instead, he deduced that the evidence seems to be of a plumbing, not roofing issue. He thoroughly checked our roof exterior and told us that he felt the shingles/flashing/nails seemed in good shape for now, and though this type of roof should need replacement soon, he felt it would hold up another 2-3 years. He did not charge us for the estimate, did not try to sell us products we did not need, and could've easily found reason for us to spend money with a roofing company, as another has told us they thought the spotting was a "roof" problem, but I definitely feel confident that their professional opinion reflects honest dealings and when it IS time for us to replace the roof in a couple of years, we will definitely look to this company to work with!"
