"We contacted this company through their on-line request for information page of their website. Very quick and easy to do. They were very prompt in getting back with me to set up time to come to the house to meet with us to provide a free design and estimate. Rosalinda came very well prepared. She measured the space and got out her computer and began to put together a design. She had many pictures of other work the company has done so we were able to point out what we did and did not like. We showed her all the components we wanted to include in the center - to include our record player and stereo equipment - (ready-made furniture doesn't have a place for record players anymore!) She had all the sample wood stains and helped us choose the right color for the room. She took into account where the electrical outlets were so they weren't lost when the center was installed. The price of the unit was based on square footage, any extras did not change the price, e.g. lights, glass doors, slide out shelves, speaker screen, doors, shelves... none of it changed the price. She was able to give us an estimate on the spot and we said Yes! Within two weeks the company called us to schedule the installation date. It was about 4 weeks from start to finish. The installers came in and laid furniture pads down to protect the floors. They were all very courteous and professional. They worked very clean, sweeping as they went along. They made cuts to go around the electric outlets as they installed to insure a perfect fit. They cut holes for wiring as they installed to ensure a perfect match and then all component wires could easily feed through the holes and were all hidden from sight. There is beautiful crown molding and there is molding covering any seams. The cabinet is secured to the wall. The cabinet itself is beautiful. Everything was done as promised and within the times promised. I would happily recommend Woodwork Creations. <br />"

"Doug is a craftsman and very meticulous about his work. His materials are high quality. His price is very competitive and actually better than the ready made, semi custom cabinet estimate we got. He uses real wood doors and boxes, unless you request melamine. He is also a super nice guy and goes out of his way to make the entire experience very pleasurable. He always calls ahead of time before coming over but most of all he shows up when he says he will. He also came up with a custom stain for our island and trash can access. I would highly recommend Doug. In fact, he is going to make some additional cabinets for our family room and linen closet."
