"I had an issue with my sprinkler system where I kept getting a fault on the Master Valve. I have used Tri County Sprinklers for over 10 years now and I am glad I called them again. Andrew was the tech that came out to do the work. Master Valve can be a scary one because I have heard nightmares in the neighborhood of cost to replace. I watched Andrew troubleshoot my system and find that it was only a bad solenoid. After replacing the bad solenoid and a couple of test runs I was back to watering my yard again. He also found a couple of things that needed some attention and adjustment. Things that you or I wouldn't look for when the sprinkler system is running. Here is what I can tell you about the last 10 plus years of dealing with Tri County. I have never been overcharged, over sold, or felt scammed. They are always professional and punctual. If they are running late they give you a courtesy call. Scheduling and bill payment is a breeze as well. Their lead time is long, but so is everyone else in the sprinkler business in San Antonio. Do yourself a favor and don't ask the landscaper down the road if he can fix your system, or try to find someone to get there the following day. "I am extremely pleased with all the work that was done. My back yard was previously almost all mud due to drainage issues and loss of sod due to too much shade from the tree canopy. I selected SNL Total Landscapes after reading their reviews on Angie's List. They had many satisfied customers for projects ranging from $125 to $18,000, so I was very comfortable that they could successfully complete my project. I also didn't want to have to work with 3 or more different companies to get my trees trimmed, sprinkler system redone, the rock, the sod and all the new landscaping. SNL took care of everything for me, and their pricing was reasonable for what was done and the overall quality of their work. "Great...2nd time I've used them. First time was major problem (I thought). One zone wouldn't yard irrigation zine wouldn't work and 2 other services couldn't find the controller and indicated they would have to do major digging to locate. Superior's team came out, determined the controller was Ok and problem was a broken wire...located the break within 30 minutes and repaired it. Thought I had completed the review last year when that work was done but found the review was still waiting for submission. Most recent job was repairing a broken line and some drip system replacing...Took a little longer but still would give them an A+. They are my "go to" irrigation service from now on...."
