"Fantastic!!!! I had spent an hour or so looking for someone to help me with a particular situation. The answer was "no" to most of the people I called because they only cleaned central air units. I continued searching and finally found the A-Star Appliance Repair company. The rep listened to my problem and said he couldn't guarantee to resolve my issue but would certainly try. He set a date and time, requested all my information. A rep called prior to my appt. time stated he was on his way shortly and arrived promptly. The rep was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and most importantly very honest and sincere regarding my issue. The window air conditioner was located rather high on the wall of the bedroom. It needed removing and cleaning. After it was removed, the rep was able to see that the air conditioner was infact clean. He then proceeded to transfer the air conditioner to the room I needed it in. Since there was no cleaning done, he didn't charged for the visit nor for any of the information he gave me regarding the condition of the unit. As a satisfied customer, the problem was resolved and great service provided, I will certainly contact this company for my future needs. Thank you."
