"I have been having issues with my refrigerator and my washer and dryer. He told me to just wait for the refrigerator to break down before they would do anything about it. He also told me I could move the refrigerator and have someone clean the back. I told  him that is why I called them out because I could not remove it by myself. If I could do that, then I would and wouldn't need him. I Was hoping that he could help me out a little bit more. She is very nice. They do answer the phone when they call and do call you back. They are busy but I think that they are busy so they were just rushing me. The dryer wasn't working and it was a fuse. They charged me the service and all he did was go to the fuse box and mess with it. You always deal with him. He is the technician and his wife is who answers the phone. I like the fact that it is just them two that you deal with. You are not going to get someone knock on the door that you do not know like some of these other companies that have all of these technicians. One time you get somebody then the next time you get someone else. He remembered me from the last time and I guess that is good continuity of customer care and that is what I like. He was honest about it. I never thought about checking the fuse box. I didn't think that would affect the dryer. I did pay the service fee and I understood that. Everything was good about that visit. It was the visit that he scratched my wood that I had a problem with. When I first used them a couple of years ago, they were able to get out here faster and now they are taking a little longer to make their service calls. I am sure that they have more clients now. So, it took them a little longer to make it out here. They showed up on time. There are not too many choices of appliance repairs so your choice of appliance repairs is limited."
