"I had an issue with my sprinkler system where I kept getting a fault on the Master Valve. I have used Tri County Sprinklers for over 10 years now and I am glad I called them again. Andrew was the tech that came out to do the work. Master Valve can be a scary one because I have heard nightmares in the neighborhood of cost to replace. I watched Andrew troubleshoot my system and find that it was only a bad solenoid. After replacing the bad solenoid and a couple of test runs I was back to watering my yard again. He also found a couple of things that needed some attention and adjustment. Things that you or I wouldn't look for when the sprinkler system is running. Here is what I can tell you about the last 10 plus years of dealing with Tri County. I have never been overcharged, over sold, or felt scammed. They are always professional and punctual. If they are running late they give you a courtesy call. Scheduling and bill payment is a breeze as well. Their lead time is long, but so is everyone else in the sprinkler business in San Antonio. Do yourself a favor and don't ask the landscaper down the road if he can fix your system, or try to find someone to get there the following day. The big deal that I purchased was for a check of my sprinkler system and that cost $49.00.  After checking my system, he recommended several repairs.  I had him come make the additional repairs.  He installed a controller for $185 and replaced 6 spry nozels for $72.  The work is guaranteed for 5 years.  Mike was professional and efficient ... and programmed my system for me as well.  He came back out at no charge to change the programming when I needed the sprinklers to come on at a time different than what he initially programmed.  The work was better and less expensive than other sprinkler repair people that I have had in the past. I was very satisfied with the work.

"I called Superior Irrigation after the reps from two other companies had attempted to find the malfunctioning control value and failed. Both suggested that extensive digging/excavation would be necessary to locate it. (System was installed by previous homeowner.) Additionally, the one provider who was willing to undertake this job couldn't schedule it for 3+ weeks. I called Superior Irrigation on the recommendation of a neighbor. Superior had me scheduled within a week and Fred Perez (the technician) had the problem located and repaired within 90 minutes after arriving. Turned out, it wasn't the control valve but rather a broken electrical wire. The cost was certainly less than I had been anticipating and Fred also located the control valve as well. I've used other irrigation services in the past but Superior Irrigation and Lawn will be my "go to" service in the future. As far as I'm concerned, an "A" rating isn't high enough."
