They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. This was all at his suggestion, which I appreciated. Overall, it turned out very well.

"These guys were amazing. They were the first ones to call after I submitted a request on Angie's List, and they came out the same afternoon. They did everything they could to keep the price of the repair down, including calling the furnace manufacturer to see if some of the parts were covered by warranty.
