"I contacted Brian Siler in September about purchasing & installing Pella windows in my home. I had a specific type of window that I wanted. He came out & measured but wasn't sure he would be able to do them before the beginning of December because of other jobs. As I had already checked out many contractors on Angie's list & elsewhere, I felt confident that Brian was the best choice for what I wanted. As it turned out they were able to install them at the end of October which was great. <br /> When Brian & his crew arrived, they systematically draped the windows inside & out that required lead containment. (Windows in our room addition did not require this.)  After each window was finished, they cleaned up the areas inside & out & washed each window. They worked for 2 days installing the windows, doing a beautiful job. Brian also checked to make sure everything was installed & finished correctly. When he did his walk around he realized they would have to stop back the next morning as one of the finishing strips had been inadvertenly overlooked on a back window and he'd already sent his crew home.  Since they only replaced one window in the back, I totally understood how this could've happened. They were there promptly the next morning to finish up. <br /> Brian is very conscientious & provides the best job possible for his customers. He's got a great work ethic, as does his crew. They are very professional & friendly.  He also readily answers any questions you may have. <br /> If I could give Siler Home Improvement an A+++ on Angie's List I would. <br />"

"Super pleased! A/C broke on a weekend, during a heat wave (yuck!). Brad was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed the same day I called. My experience with the corporate chain I previously used is they send someone out without a lot of experience who likes at it for a few minutes and then tells me I need a new AC. Brad actually talks to you about how the system is behaving, what the symptoms are, then runs some tests before telling you what’s wrong and how to fix it. Super knowledgeable. Thorough. Reasonably priced."

"Grover came within hours of my calling to give me an estimate.  He was professional and quick.  After I called to say I would like him to do the work, he called me when he said he would to set up the work for the following week. <br /> <br /> Grover arrived when he said he would and worked efficiently to get the job done.  He communicated what he was doing and answered the questions I had.  He let me know when he was leaving for lunch, and explained everything he had done when he was finished. <br /> <br /> I called two other companies for estimates.  One was unavailable for a week to give an estimate (Grover was finishing the job at the time the other company was supposed to come for an estimate!) and the other was almost triple the cost!  Even before I got the second estimate emailed to me, I called Woody Construction to schedule the work.  I was comfortable with Grover, especially since he was the one who would be doing the work (and I saw in other reviews that he is a 3rd generation mason). <br /> <br /> I felt Grover was honest in his estimate - he told me what needed to be done vs. what were just "nuisance cracks" that would just come back again (and also suggested a way to deal with these).  He went above and beyond and was very fair in his price. <br /> <br /> I would not hesitate to use Woody Construction again, and plan to recommend him to a friend who needs extensive work done on her front step.  I would recommend him to anyone else who has need of his services as well!  I wish all home repair experiences were this easy and straightforward!"
