"The plumber showed up promptly with an assistant but rushed through the job. The leak in the spout was not fixed. Had to report the issue and get him to come back to complete the work. He did not have the parts in his truck so had to come back in another day to complete the work. Was charged just for the parts for the second visit so that was good.
