He also called me the day before the appointment to confirm that everything was ready for the appointment day and time. Start to finish was a little over 2 hours to drain and remove the old tank, replace the old valve, fabricate new water line adapters and install the tank. He reviewed the operation with me and lighting the pilot and the indicators on the heater ignition controller."
