The toilet fell over & broke a tile in the shower but he said he would return to fix it! He never returned, would not answer any texts or phone calls. I was completely satisfied with his work but would not recommend him now since he did not repair his damage."

The house is gutted down to just the toilets and walls, but the flooring was delivered and appliances ordered.
