"The whole experience was good from Chuck (salesman) visit to our home for measurements, our visit to the store to choose the carpet style and color, pricing and scheduling. They were able to schedule us for the next week. The crew that arrived to do the work were professional, courteous, helpful and very thorough. They arrived at around 9AM and were done by 3PM. The job included carpeting in the great room/dining area, two bedrooms, hallway and closets. They were diligent in protecting the rest of the house from dust and dirt with plastic drapes from the ceiling, even in the rooms where the tile ran down the middle of an otherwise carpeted room. When the installers saw the carpet strips were placed too far away from the wall with the original carpet, they didn't hesitate to make the job right.
