"They had to come out and multiple times to get it right. And then they didn't. They put an indoor switch on the outside. A week later, with the first rain, it stopped working. Even I thought that it didn't look right when they did it. And then you call them, and they give you attitude about coming out and doing it right."

"The guy arrived on time ready to do the job. He was very efficient went over with me. The problems that I was having with my door and step-by-step. Show me what he needed to do to fix the power he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and all of this did not take no more than an hour and a half.
