The workmanship of most of the subcontractors was excellent, and due to the efforts of Cyndee Bourquet, our building liaison, all issues during construction were resolved. Art DeLaCerda, one of the partners, was always able to respond to questions clearly, especially the financial ones."

The crew truly worked many long hours in the hot sun getting the jobs done. Lastly, for twenty years I have been looking at sheet rock in our garage that my husband was going to get to.
