"Excellent experience from start to finish. Eco Plumbers was by far the most responsive of the three companies we contacted, which was great given that our old hot water heater was no longer working. One company said they could come out in a week to take a look -- Eco Plumbers was out to the house within an hour or so of talking with them and our new tankless water heater was installed the same day. "We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Logan recently. I cannot say we have ever had a better experience, start to finish. From the office staff, to Jeff M. our technician, and the installers, Shane D. and Daniel C.. they were top notch. After extensive research, we knew we wanted a Trane system. After our first quote, we were very impressed by and ready to go with the first company we talked to, but we wanted to do our due diligence and get more quotes. We couldn't imagine changing our minds until Jeff M. came to our house. He blew the other company out of the water in every way! By the end of the purchasing process we felt complete assurance that we were getting the best system for our needs, and from the best company. Shane and Daniel explained the installation process and the thermostat as they went. They were obviously experts at their trade and couldn't have been nicer. I am at a loss to find anything they could have improved upon. Logan has won many consumer and trade awards, and after working with them it is obvious why. I think this is simply the best HVAC company and they attract the best people to employ. I can't recommend them enough."

The work that they did installing the water softening and filtration system I had purchased through home Depot was outstanding. He also offered me a maintenance package for the care of my system after I asked him about it. "We called Mr. Rooter to look at our water heater which had some corroded connections and small leaks. Dan from Mr. Rooter was very professional. He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier."

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."

"Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!"

"Craig Desrosiers with Safe Electric did fantastic work for me right before Christmas. I liked how he arrived on the dot on time. I was so pleased with his work in fact, that I hired Craig a second time today, 12/27 for an additional several hours to install more Lutron Caseta radio dimmer switches for our home and landscape lighting control, which I love. He also installed new duplex outlets that were expertly cut and fished with no holes for me to patch and paint -what a relief and huge convenience to me. This was a very challenging job, especially since they were undoing improperly completed work previously done by a less experienced and unreliable electrician that I foolishly hired as side work (don't ever do that like I did a month ago, because you do NOT get what you think you paid for). Spend the money, hire a recommended licensed, experienced, and honest electrician. He tirelessly trouble shot and traced extensive track lighting fixtures throughout our mid century modern home. It helped to have all items purchased and ready for him to install. The few things I didn't have, he easily had ready to install from his work van. He was definitely prepared. Craig didn't cut any corners, he charged me a fair hourly rate, and most important: everything was done this time perfectly and safely. I feel strongly that when resale time should ever come around in the future years from now, I won't have any further issues or questions from a buyer's pesky home inspector, thanks to his job done right. 'Wish I'd called him first! I now have his cell number saved in my phone, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who asks me in passing if I know of a good electrician I can recommend. Call Craig first! He's the Lutron master pro, and he's been a licensed electrician for over 30 years...and his experience and professionalism shines bright and safe in my home, that's for sure."
