"I had 2 projects completed by them. Repaired rotten wood in bay windows. Also, repaired wood in front porch pillars. Great job on both of these. Very Professional and clean job."

"Considering that they would be cutting into a perfectly good concrete wall to install these windows, there was a lot of research done on our part, and many emails and calls with questions. All were answered in a very professional and calming manner. Jonathan and his staff were very confident and knowledgeable. There was never a moment where we felt like this was the wrong decision and we absolutely love the finished product. Installers Tyler, Justin and James were not only respectful of our property, but were so well organized, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It took 2 days to complete the entire job, 1 day for each window. They showed up when they said they would and were done each day by 2:30 PM. If your looking for quality work by some highly trained folks, you have to call Jackson Egress Windows."

"Everything was done great except some defective screens. Also My lawn by the window was muddied up and I need to have fixed."

"I love the new Windows but the communication needs improved. I'm still waiting on cosmetic repairs."

"We had some wind damage a couple years ago and we hired Ed and his team to do the replacement. They did a great job then and the price, quality of work, responsiveness and professionalism was excellent. Two weeks ago we had some minor wind damage (one piece of siding came loose) and I contacted Ed and his team to do the repair. Ed came out, provided a free inspection and even was courteous enough to offer the repair free of charge. The repair was completed this week and once again was great work. If we have any additional siding projects in the future, New Look is who I will be calling. Definitely would recommend New Look to any and all who have a siding job."

"Clear Choice recently replaced all the windows in our house. They were very professional, made sure there was no trash left over, and overall just did a great job!"

"The technician from Atlas is the first person to respond to my query on Angie's list considering my urgency. He not only came as per the time he promised but also did the minor repair that it needed without even charging for it. He also advised me on the right thing to do. In this greedy world, it is hard to find a nice person like him. It never happened to me until now. I can't thank him enough. I greatly appreciate the help he provided."

"Greg called, set an appointment time, (actually called to say he was going to be 5 min. late and was only 4), went on the roof, made the repair and was gone in less than 30 min. for a very reasonable price and ALL within 3 hours of contacting them. Not too much more to ask for."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"I had a great experience with this company, however at the time we had a call out to another repair company and were waiting to hear back form them.....they ended up completing the repair for us. the home advisor pro responded in a timely manner and was very professional. I would contact them for future repairs."
