"On time and reasonably priced fireplace and chimney repair. We will use them again."

"AJ did a fantastic job walking me through every part of the process to clean and inspect my chimney and to clean it. When he found an issue, he clearly explained what he was seeing, showed photographs of the issue and discussed priority and options. Never once did I feel like he was just pushing to increase the amount of spend from us. It was truly a consultation on what he was seeing and I deeply respected that. He promptly emailed me the proposed work to be done with the cost for each item. I will definitely be working with them again in the future."

"We used their services for a chimney/fireplace inspection for a home we are considering to purchase. We worked with Ted Parker. He was on time, efficient, professional, friendly and most importantly very honest with his assessment. The value we received for our money is amazing. We highly recommend their services and look forward to their continued success."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"I received a glowing recommendation of RoofWise from my accountant & contacted them regarding a stubborn leak I've battled where the family room addition meets the original house.  I also asked for a recommendation regarding ongoing garage leaks.  Following a detailed inspection Roofwise provided me with an estimate which included work they recommended, as well as additional options addressing problems I hadn't yet dentified but were likely to cause problems in the future.  I decided to go ahead with all the work and options, including replacing the skylights which were definitely showing signs of age.  The garage was completed in a day, and a smaller crew worked the next 4 days completing the more labor intensive work.  The workers were professional throughout, & made a number of additional repairs not included in the original estimate.  Although the repairs were only recently completed, I have not experienced any further problems and would strongly recommend RoofWise for future roofing needs.

"The VH crew did an awesome job on my chimney. They communicated promptly and clearly what to expect and then delivered exactly that. My chimney was cracked and leaking, now, it not only looks great, but is dry as bone. If you need masonry work, this is company to use."

"UPDATE: After posting a review here on Angie's List, the company contacted me about applying a second layer of concrete to the shoulder and resealing it. The new concrete is on, and looks much better, and I'm expecting the resealing to happen soon. Communication was generally clear and the final repair looks okay. There were are few problems, though. The cap on the shoulder is very uneven and it appears that two different materials were used (different color concrete). Also, it rained mid-repair, causing a leak that stained the ceiling below the chimney. I can't see the crown, so I don't know what condition it is in."

"Darrin was great. He arrived on time and finished the job in 2 days. He did a great job installing the doors and cleaned up after himself. He was even willing to go to Lowes to exchange a door that ended up being the wrong size."

"Overall I’d give them a B rating. They were timely and professional, responsive to quality issues I raised after day 1 (2-day job for 320 linear feet). The quality issues were mostly missed nails that needing punching and excess paint dripping on outside corners. They did not come with a hammer and nail punch nor a dry vac, so I had to offer my own. Brad made sure I was happy with the final product and I am. He even called in to Sherwin Williams store so I could get a gallon of wall paint on his discount rate. I’d use them again but request different employees of Brad’s if I wanted trim/crown painted again."

"He gave a very reasonable price and a great job. There weren't many companies that were able to do the carpentry and masonry work, but he did."
