From the office staff, to Jeff M. our technician, and the installers, Shane D. and Daniel C.. they were top notch. After extensive research, we knew we wanted a Trane system. "Excellent experience from start to finish. Eco Plumbers was by far the most responsive of the three companies we contacted, which was great given that our old hot water heater was no longer working. One company said they could come out in a week to take a look -- Eco Plumbers was out to the house within an hour or so of talking with them and our new tankless water heater was installed the same day. "Craig Desrosiers with Safe Electric did fantastic work for me right before Christmas. I liked how he arrived on the dot on time. I was so pleased with his work in fact, that I hired Craig a second time today, 12/27 for an additional several hours to install more Lutron Caseta radio dimmer switches for our home and landscape lighting control, which I love. He also installed new duplex outlets that were expertly cut and fished with no holes for me to patch and paint -what a relief and huge convenience to me. This was a very challenging job, especially since they were undoing improperly completed work previously done by a less experienced and unreliable electrician that I foolishly hired as side work (don't ever do that like I did a month ago, because you do NOT get what you think you paid for). Spend the money, hire a recommended licensed, experienced, and honest electrician. He tirelessly trouble shot and traced extensive track lighting fixtures throughout our mid century modern home. It helped to have all items purchased and ready for him to install. The few things I didn't have, he easily had ready to install from his work van. He was definitely prepared. Craig didn't cut any corners, he charged me a fair hourly rate, and most important: everything was done this time perfectly and safely. I feel strongly that when resale time should ever come around in the future years from now, I won't have any further issues or questions from a buyer's pesky home inspector, thanks to his job done right. 'Wish I'd called him first! I now have his cell number saved in my phone, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who asks me in passing if I know of a good electrician I can recommend. Call Craig first! He's the Lutron master pro, and he's been a licensed electrician for over 30 years...and his experience and professionalism shines bright and safe in my home, that's for sure."

"Great experience from beginning to end! (From our salesman, David, to the installers, Travis & Jared). Everything was well explained & I highly recommend using Logan AC & Heat Services. We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed. Overall, everyone was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional."
