Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. "Our roof was damaged in the storm. After looking on Angie we were quickly contacted by a number of companies, AWG was the most professional, they were fast and their fee was fair. EDITED: 2 months later one of the chimney caps was blown off the roof, yes it was windy but NOT stormy and there had been stronger winds since the installation, this makes me question if the chimney cap was properly installed. According to them to replace it will take TWO men, and a brand new chimney cap for nearly half the cost of the total original repair. I was able to reshape with chimney cap and do believe it can be reused. But the condo owners all question whether or not it was properly installed. I will not try to slam the company but I do question the quality of the installation."
