"It was better than 100 percent. He was extremely knowledgeable of software and hardware. He goes the extra mile. He came over and did what he could online, which was something but it was not enough. He came over again and reconfigured everything on the computer in the house. He recommended that I get a different external hard drive. He told me that when I got it, I should call him and he'd get it online for me. He didn't charge me for that because it was all part of the original service call. He gets things done. There's been a time when he spent quite a bit of time with me, roughly two hours, yet he charged me for an hour. I would recommend him to anybody. He's just outstanding.
