"I called Ace Fence and spoke with Doug the owner on Wednesday. He asked me to text him photos of the fence and would quote me right over the phone, which he did! He called back and said he would be able to come the next day to fix the gate, which he did! He came Thursday and repaired the fence to our gate within an hour! He was very easy to work with and would highly recommend him & his team!"

"Andy came out and gave us a free estimate and discussed what the possibilities were for fitting the cabinet where we wanted it.  On the day of installation Andy and his assistant showed up at the discussed time and went straight to work.  They brought in moving blankets to protect our hardwood floors and cleaned up completely when they were done.  I was nervous about adjusting the fireplace mantel but when they were done you would never know we had any work done at all.  They were able to fit the piece in so it looked like it has always been there.  It was not an easy task because of some poor workmanship when our house was originally built."

"The work is impeccable! I had my basement waterproofed about 6 months ago. We had one of the rainiest seasons I have ever seen in my 20 years living in Indiana. I have not had a DROP of water enter my basement, even on the heaviest rains since we had Advanced do our basement waterproofing. Marty is very knowledgeable. The quote given was the price we paid! The crew did an excellent job and left our basement better than they found it. It took a couple of days, but the work was done right and the workers were professional. "Personnel arrived at the scheduled time.  I had a list of jobs prepared and walked through the house with them.  Began work immediately.  I do not have knowledge of what materials may be needed to complete a specific repair.  Therefore, I was relieved when the repair man offered to go to Lowe's and pick up those supplies. We paid for those supplies in addition to the cost of Angie's List Deal previously purchased.  However, we expected that.  Workers did not exceed the time limit and cleaned up after themselves upon completion of work.

"Carl was terrific - we had originally bought a special deal for 3 hours of service, but came up with 8 hours of work - he replaced and secured several shutters which had fallen off, and noticed several were loose, so he fixed those too.  He also secured a pedestal sink in the hall bathroom, fixed shorts in a light in the bathroom as well as in a coach light outside, reattached a downspout to the house and made a ceramic ring for the chimney flu in our attic so we could get additional insulation installed.  He was very knowledgeable and very service oriented.  He typically does more remodeling than handyman service, but does some handyman work in between other jobs.  He is really good!
