"Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."

They created a beautiful paver patio with fire pit, a gorgeous boulder and river rock bank, and completed with a matching paver patio and walkway to our pavilion. We had originally planned a retaining wall but when Kevin found that wasn’t structurally feasible he quickly pivoted to the boulders and plantings that are prettier even than the original plan. Brookscandoit Inc is a full service building and remodeling company from design thru completion. I make the home visit, complete the quote and personally perform much of the work. This doesn't allow for numerous ongoing projects, but does allow for close quality control. I truly enjoy what I do and love going to work everyday and I shows in the final product. Everything is by written agreement with a spec page and detailed payment schedule based on what has been completed. You always maintain a final payment in hand to be sure everything has been done.
